Feedbacks from our customers

Text Video
In our salon "Xtile Interior" was already installed a program Domus 3D, which helped us in our work, so initially we had no special need or interest in changing the software.
We were offered to try Ceramic 3D during a trial month and to compare both programs, so we decided to do it. That's what we saw and liked.
1. The calculator counts tiles quickly and easily, saving your time and excluding possible errors.
2. You can place on one wall tiles of different types and formats, add mosaics, there is a function of tile characteristics editing.
3. You can make a design project of any type of room, there are a lot of interior items. Tools in general are very convenient, you can precisely set and quickly edit room size.
4. Support on-demand can add those tile collections that you need, or you can do it yourself. If it is necessary, you can upload textures of other materials.
5. You can make panoramas and videos, the visualization is quite naturalistic, so our clients like it. We have not detected minuses of the program yet.
As a result, we decided to give preference to Ceramic 3D, because it's convenient for both our retailers and customers.

Comparative review of Ceramic 3D and 3D MAX programs.
Ceramic 3D program.
Advantages:
1. The program is very convenient, you can quickly make a sketch, create several room options at once, quickly change element position and make various inserts. These are very important functions on phase of sketch preparing.
2. You can build a complex interior in relatively simple ways.
3. There is quite a large choice of objects in the library.
4. Tile calculation function is very convenient, it allows you to calculate quickly amount of used material.
Disadvantages: Sketches are a bit schematic. It is not always possible to set up quickly a good lighting if you have no experience, that is why sometimes sketches quality suffers, so you need to study attentively this function.
3D MAX program.
Disdvantages:
1. The program is rather complex and you have to know it well to work productively. You can’t make a sketch in 15-20 minutes, it takes some time. However, usually it is important to show clients quickly how some material will look in interior to help them make the right choice.
Advantages:
1.You can create interiors of any complexity.
2. You can also create any type of object.
3. You can create materials and save them in the library.
4. Light function is rather strong in the program. It allows you to create and set several light sources, illuminate objects separately, use additional effects, including atmospheric ones.
5. As a result, you receive a beautiful visualization, especially if you use the V Ray visualization module.

Designer, Lozovskaya Galina, Moscow.
We, the retail company "Paradiz", specialized in sale of plumbing, lighting equipment, ceramic tiles often face need to make an interior design of bathrooms in order to show clients our products.
Previously, we had a visualization program "Tile 3D" where you can also create a room and lay out tiles.
Recently we were offered to install for a trial period the program "Сeramic 3D". After using and comparing these two programs we made the following conclusions about "Сeramic 3D".
1) Of course, in comparison with "3D Tile", "Сeramic 3D" is more professional, has much more features and functions.
2) "Сeramic 3D" has ready-made catalogues with tiles and plumbing equipment, and as producers launch new products, technical support promptly updates all the catalogues.
3) In "3D Tile" it is much more difficult to add some tile decoration in a ready-made interior, while in "Сeramic 3D" you can do it in two seconds.
4) Convenient and accurate tile calculation.
5) In "Tile 3D" you can not work with niches.
6) There is possibility of tile patterns laying.
7) You can easily change binding in "Сeramic3d", while "3D Tile" has not got this function.
8) Rendering quality.
9) Operational support and customer training by "Сeramic 3D" specialists.
10) You can easily and quickly change room size and its contour at any stage of project construction.
11) In "Tile 3D" you can not edit size of objects, boxes and niches.
12) In "3D Tile" it is difficult to build a mansard roof, while in "Сeramic 3D" it is very simple.
Our suggestions to "Сeramic3d" is to expand goods assortment for bathrooms (and to add some new vendors).
After the trial period we decided to purchase program license and to opt for "Сeramic 3D".

Manager of "Paradiz" company Nelli Martirosyan Russia, Magnitogorsk
"Keramodom" makes retail sales of ceramic tiles, and our clients often ask of possibility to make bathroom interior design.
Earlier we used "Domus 3D" where we created rooms and laid out tiles. Recently we heard about Ceramic 3D program, and manager offered us a free trial version.
We agreed, and here are the differences, which we saw:
1. "Ceramic 3D" has a complete set of features to make an interior design, which simplifies job of designer and helps to create 3D designs quickly and efficiently.
2. You can create a room of any configuration, modify it and edit its size without losing all the implemented design solution. You make a project of any complexity: with attics, stairs, niches and boxes of any shape.
3. Nevertheless, Ceramic 3D is simple and easy to use.
4. Ceramic 3D makes a precise calculation of tiles and project cost, while in "Domus3D" you cannot do it.
5. The program offers a wide range of materials and objects for interior.
6. Ceramic 3D visualization makes rather realistic images, which makes projects more attractive to customers.
To sum up, "Ceramic 3D" is developed more professionally than Domus, and it has more features and functions.
